The warranty
The warranty, in plain words
Every fumigation comes with a two-year warranty. You can add a five-year term. Both are written down before work starts, and the terms, limits and exclusions are below, so you can read them before you decide.
It covers live drywood termites in the building we treated
If they return in the treated area within the term, we re-treat it at no charge
It is a written warranty, not insurance, and it doesn’t pay for repairs
A spot treatment carries the term written on its own estimate

Side by side
The two terms, line by line
Both terms read the same way. They differ in length, in the yearly check and in how they appear on your estimate.

If termites come back
What happens when you call about a claim
You don’t need to find the paper first. We keep a copy.
- 01
Step 1: You call or text us
Tell us the address and what you saw. A photo helps.
- 02
Step 2: We inspect
An inspector comes to the house and looks at the treated area and the places around it.
- 03
Step 3: You get the finding in writing
We say what we found, whether it falls inside the terms and why.
- 04
Step 4: We re-treat, if it’s covered
If live drywood termites are in the treated area within the term, we treat it again at no charge.
The exclusions
What the warranty leaves out
These are the limits. If one of them matters to your house, ask us before you sign.
Repairing damaged wood
Replacing or patching wood is carpentry. The estimate says what we found; it doesn’t include the repair.
Subterranean termites
They live in the soil and need a different treatment. They have their own estimate and their own warranty.
Buildings we didn’t treat
A detached lanai, a shed or an addition outside the treated building is covered only if the estimate names it.
Skipped prep or a missed check
If the prep list wasn’t followed, or a yearly check on the five-year term was missed, the written warranty says what that does to the coverage.
Warranty questions
What people ask about the paper
Is the warranty insurance?
No. It is our written promise to re-treat the area we treated, on the terms and with the exclusions on this page. It doesn’t pay for repairs.
Can I pass it to a buyer?
Ask us when you book. If it can be reissued, the terms for doing so are written on your warranty.
Does a termite report work as a warranty?
No. A report records what was seen on the day. A warranty is a separate paper written after a treatment.
Do I pay to have the area treated again?
Not if the claim falls inside the terms. We tell you in writing whether it does.
Should I choose the two-year or the five-year term?
It depends on the house and on what you plan to do with it. We lay both out on the estimate so you can compare them with the price beside each.
Get the warranty in writing before you decide
Book an inspection and the estimate will show both terms, with the price beside each.
