For realtors and escrow
A termite report written for buyers, sellers and agents
Order the report for a listing, an offer or a refinance. It says what the inspector saw, where, and what we recommend. It is not a warranty, and it says so on the first page.

How to order
Three steps, around your escrow dates
- 01
Send the address and access
Tell us the address, who has the key and your escrow dates.
- 02
We schedule the inspection
We fit it to your calendar and say what we can and can’t do in that time.
- 03
The report goes where you say
To you, to your client or to the escrow officer, by email.
After the report
When the report finds something
A report that finds drywood termites comes with an estimate for the work, so a buyer and a seller can decide who pays.
A written estimate
The treatment we recommend, both warranty terms and a flat price.
A warranty after treatment
Written after the work, with its terms and exclusions. Ask about reissuing it to a buyer.
A second look, if you ask
If the sale falls through or the work is done by another firm, we can re-inspect.
Questions
What agents ask about reports
Is the report a guarantee?
No. It records what the inspector saw on the day. A warranty is a separate paper, written after a treatment.
Can you inspect an occupied house?
Yes, with the access the owner gives. The report notes anything we couldn’t reach.
Who receives the report?
Whoever you name: you, your client, the lender or the escrow officer.
Does the report include a price?
It includes the findings and our recommendation. If it recommends treatment, the estimate with its price comes with it.
