It depends on the size of the house, the roof lines and attached buildings, and which warranty term you choose. We give a flat price in writing after the inspection, and none by phone for a house we haven’t seen.

There’s no fixed rule. Many owners have one when they buy, when they sell, and when they see a sign. The five-year warranty includes a yearly check.

Small piles of tiny pellets, discarded wings near a light and tiny round holes in wood are the usual signs. An inspector can tell you what you have.

Yes. Everyone, pets included, stays out from the day the tent goes up until the air is tested and the house is cleared. The dates and prep list come in writing before you book.

We can’t give a blanket answer. Our licensed applicators follow the label, tell you where people and pets must stay away and for how long, and give you the product list if you ask.

We can’t see inside every board, and results vary by house. The warranty exists for that reason: if live drywood termites turn up in the treated area within the term, we come back.

Call or text us. Inside the term of your warranty, we inspect and re-treat the affected area at no charge. The exclusions are on the warranty page.
