Termite work, from the first look to the warranty

Every job starts with an inspection. What comes after depends on what we find.

  • A spot treatment or a fumigation, chosen from the findings.

    • Where they are and how far they’ve spread

    • A written estimate and warranty term

  • Subterranean termite treatment

A treatment of the soil or the structure, with its own estimate and warranty.

    • Ground contact and mud tubes checked

    • Not covered by the drywood warranty

  • Tent, treat and air out, with a prep list and a re-entry clearance.

    • Dates and prep in writing before you book

    • Two-year warranty included

    • Warranty terms and exclusions in writing

  • A written report for a sale, a refinance or your own peace of mind.

    • Findings by area of the house

    • A report is not a warranty

  • Ants and rodents

Treated at a separate visit when the inspection finds them.

    • An inspection first

    • Entry points noted

How a job goes

Four steps from your call to the warranty

  1. 01

    Inspect

An inspector walks the outside, the attic and any open framing, and writes down what is there.

  2. 02

    Estimate

You get the findings, the treatment we recommend and both warranty terms, with a flat price.

  3. 03

    Treat

A spot treatment takes a day or less. A fumigation runs on the dates in your prep sheet.

  4. 04

    Warranty

The written warranty arrives with its terms and exclusions. Five-year customers get a yearly check.

Not sure which one you need?

Send us the address and what you’ve noticed. An inspection will tell us both.
